I just don't understand why when people are coming to this site because they have questions and need help, they are met more often than not with condescending, rude responses. If we knew everything, then we wouldn't be here asking for help and advice. Maybe we ask what you believe to be stupid questions- at least we are asking. We just want to find some guidance so we can make good decisions for our children. It's because these situations all effect the well-being of our children that we are emotional, and possibly even irrational. How hard is it to answer us with respect and understanding? I signed up for this site because I was terrified for my child one night, and I had nowhere else to turn. I was made to feel like an idiot for asking the questions I asked.
I'm glad that you appreciated my response to you. While I'm not a lawyer, I am a parent who has been involved in a parental rights and responsibilities matter for over a year. I can understand the anger, frustration, fear, uncertainty, all of the emotions that can be overwhelming in these types of situations. I wish you luck with your case!
