this reminds me of an incident several years ago-this guys was in the middle of a custody battle, he had the swat team and metro police after him. he locked himself in a motel room up the street from where i live, put a gun in his mouth, and pulled the trigger.that was AFTER he shot his ex and her mother in the court house parking lot killing them both.now the litle girl is living with relatives.if onyl they stop and think before they do something stupid.

Harsh reality #1 is that this daughter must now grow up without her daddy. Nobody seems to care about that one, huh.

#2. Mom stated "let's go back to (my) apartment and settle this". The other fact that the brother was already there, gives her motive for first degree murder. Not only should the brother be convicted, the woman should be conficted on charges of conspiracy and assisting the death of the child's father.

There are nowhere near enough facts to make the judgement in #2. Maybe bro lives with Mom, or vice-versa. The cops said that he was defending his sister - but no details of what actually transpired. This is a tragic situation for the child. It is also one that is played out every day in various permutations - including the other way around - in all walks of life.

I definitely agree with number one. Apparently many others find this funny. I doubt there would be so many making fun out of this post if it was the mother who was killed.....
