Listen this is not complicated...I wasnt looking for incorrect or correct, I was focusing on the ideas and theories of other people, viewpoints, past experiences, I was focing on Respond not React. I was focusing on the replies from other students, legal professionals, law lovers, etc.

Tell ya what. Go tell your prof that the folks at FA proved to not appreciate being used as lab experiments.

Oh, and as an FYI...

Everyone in this thread that has responded to you KNOWS the answer to your question.

Not "think" they know... but knows.

HEY, could we all calm down and grow up please! Our assignment, whether good or bad, was to find the misconceptions people have about the law. How many really know the law and how many think they know about the law. I understand that statutes and rules are what the law is about but its not what this assignment is about. Furthermore, I am a straight A student I graduated from highschool with honors and am on the Dean's List. THIS ASSIGNMENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY KNOWLEDGE, it's a completely social assignment. Why must you continue to get so bent out of shape?
Then you are in the wrong place to discover peoples misconceptions, so you have learned an important lesson about appropriate jurisdiction and venue, a bonus. Now if you want to learn misconceptions, go somewhere else. Being a straight A student has nothing to do with appropriateness.

Well look at all the fun you miss when you go to work. As for misconceptions of the law which is what you were trying to get out of people on here. Well sorry they didn't make good lab rats because most the people on here know what they are talking about. I have learned a lot here in the two months that I have been posting by RESEARCHING mostly which is why I now know they answer to the questions you asked. SO my advice still stands. And you kind sir have mastered the art of being rude and annoying but your intelligence still seems to need some work.

From my own experience with this forum, believe me, when they tell you to look it up on your own, they mean it. It is amazing to me that people go to this forum to get advice and all they get are "smart a-- answers"--after the initial first answer. This forum was of no help to me. It scared the hell out of me --but, I went to other web sites and found the answers that I needed. And,they were completely wrong in my case. You can look my case up here under my ID. They told me, in my case, that I should 'butt out', BUT, I was a major factor in our court case and we won!! It just goes to show that Grandparents Rights are going to be a big factor in court cases of today and tomorrow---irregardless of the fact if the paternal or maternal parents are ALIVE and LIVING or dead!!!! Grandparents Rights are here!!

Anyway, I know how you feel after going to this forum. Just look up what you want to know somewhere else.

First of all iicummins, you are a liar. Second, you have no idea what you're talking about. And third, if you condone cheating and lying, that's your personal decision. However, it WILL NOT be condoned on this forum and anyone who is to lazy to do their own work will be called on it.

Now, you want to challenge my statement that you are a liar? Go right ahead.
