So ask them what county they filed it in, and ask them to show you a copy of their letters testamentary that authorize them to be PR. That will shut them up in a hurry and I wish I could be there to see the confused look on his/her face when they figure out you are smarter than they are.

Personal Representatives are issued Letters of Administration rather than Testamentary in FL.
