Not only can they, they must.

Does this company have proof signed under penality of perjury, that I am a juristic person under perfect and absolute obligation to even fill-out an I-9? If not that's prima facie evidence I am not required too

I am the administrator and beneficary of the person in any implied, constructive or express trust agreement with the Gov.

It's not the W-4 and has nothing to do with taxes, does it?

For those who actually understand the argument you're trying to make, the issue of tax returns is more troubling. A drug lord must list his income on his taxes, thus incriminating himself. Like Al Capone, he either has to admit he was selling a ton of liquor in violation of the Constitution or violate the tax laws. He chose to violate the tax laws.

For your particular point regarding 8 U.S.C. 1324a, see also:
INS v. Lopez-Mendoza, 468 US 1032 (1984)
McNary v. Haitian Refugee Center, Inc., 498 US 479 (1991)

...Can I be fired by this company for exercising my Rights?...If you don't know it's OK.

Everybody has the right to act like an idiot if they choose. Thankfully, most of us choose not to.

And then there's you.

You do realize that if you fail to properly complete the I-9, which is required by employers to verify your eligibility to work here, then they aren't even allowed to hire you legally?

Fascinating. Do you go off meds often? Or, did you just have a lot of time to read sovereign citizen blogs today? I say "today" because you don't quite understand the theory yet. Go back, re-read and try to understand and then try again.

I don't think it's a real situation in the first place...

I filled it out and signed it remember? by the way I dont have the status of an illegal alien ask my previous employer.

sounds like possible company discrimination as stated on the I-9 form.

How about an affidavit signed by me, in lieu of I-9, that I am not an illegal alien, will the courts/company accept that?

Also I charge good money to draft an affirmative defense for this company, as I dont fill-out forms for free...

actually the gov. already knows I am not a illegal alien from my previously filled-out I-9's. - therefore unreasonable to be filled-out again, if no change in status.

the Courts have ruled that if something is unreasonable it also unnecessary, Right?

I know you cant answer these question?

OOpsie, someone didn't read the on-point Supreme Court cases I cited, nor did he review his websites for understanding.

My guess from the lack of effort, off meds.
