$$$$ money damages for breach of a contract offer...

$$$$ money damages for violation of Fundemental Rights (priceless), etc...

I'm laughing again...at you.

ETA: Both for your lack of understanding of employment law AND for your lack of understanding of civil rights.

Contract would be void as against public policy. In fact, if you represented there were no impediments to being hired and would cooperate in the process, you would be in breach and liable to the company for the search to hire another.

They didn't violate your right. You don't have to testify against yourself. Just as they cannot hire you if you don't properly fill out your portion of the federally required form.

violation of fundimental rights is always against public policy.

it more about ultra vires capacity than Rights.

affidavit of non-illegal alien status in lieu of I-9 in a court of Record, sounds good to me.

what about not being paid for the affirmative defense prepared for this company? I dont fill-out company forms for free...

What I'm wondering is, if you refuse to submit to the laws and citizenship of the United States, why do you think you can avail yourself of its laws, constitution, and jurisdiction of its courts when it suits you?

You can't have it both ways. You can't claim NOT to be a citizen of the US, or recognize the sovereignty of the US, then try to make a claim for yourself under our laws by claiming the rights granted and applicable to citizens of the US.

(I think we need to stop feeding the troll now. I've already voted, so I'm preparing a whole bucket of Funsuckers. Bring your glasses and join in the fun while we watch the election results!)

I did submit remember, I filled the form out (fifth amendment) and reserved all my rights.

I hope HR didnt practice law unlicensed before firing anyone, by making a legal determination on I-9 forms being properly filled out.

Domiciled in Texas and not a citizen of the District of Columbia. I dont live on the U.S. territories.

the U.S. knows i am not a illegal alien from previous I-9's and an affidavit of non-alien status filed in any court action, Ya think?

How about an affidavit signed by me, in lieu of I-9, that I am not an illegal alien, will the courts/company accept that?
?

that is what an I-9 is. That is all it is as far as the employee is concerned. All you are required to fill out is nothing more than what an employer must have to be able to properly process your earnings.

name, address, birthday, social security number and an attestation to being a citizen of the US, a non-citizen of the US, a lawful permanent resident, or alien authorized to work in the US.

That is all you have to fill out on the form.

The rest is for your employer to fill out. If you do not provide the documents required for them to fill out their sections, they must not hire you.

He thinks admitting his citizenship is incriminating himself.

He is an idiot, but that's what he thinks.
