It is only obscure if you are NOT a movie freak!
"French toast, French fries...in honor of our guest tonight!"

I am not a freak... I just love John Cusack...

"I'm really sorry your mom blew up, Ricky.."

At the risk of hijacking the thread....

"I don't want to sell anything, buy anything that has been sold or bought, process anything that has been bought or sold. Pretty much I want to spend as much time as I possibly can with your daughter, sir. And kickbox."

Movie?

Mom, I am starting to wonder about you....

If some boy had done that to me I would have killed him first and then died of embarrasment. My dad would make sure I NEVER lived that one down.

Well the lovely new bride called me and informed me that my ex was just a tenat living in her home. So I told her "Why did you put your hubby on the morgage if he was just a tenant". She informed me it was none of my business and I informed her that as long as he owed me cs than his business was my business.

is it really YOUR money or the kids'?? it is my sole opinion that you should have taken what you could get when it was offered instead of continuing to complain about it here. there are plenty of parents who aren't getting anything. some of us, including you, may never get a dime. maybe your children were right to go on with their lives...

One thing that people that are asking to take into account their ex's new spouses income is this:
I could NEVER afford to live AND pay my ex 500 a month in child suppot. If it was not for my wifes income we would be living on the street. So in a way the new spouse is in their own way having to pay for some type of child support even though their income is not taken into affect.
I cannot stand it when people ask if they can have their ex's spouses income taken into effect. Did the new spouse have the baby? NO! Why should they be financially responsable for it while it is in your care? They have no say on the amount of time their spouse has with the kids (this would effect the amount of CS paid to CP) so why should they have to pay money out of their own check for a child that is in NO WAY theirs? GRRRRR
   STOP ASKING THIS FRREIKEN QUESTION!!! THE ANSWER IS NO AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE NO!
The CS payments on the arrears will continue until they are paid in full. The current order will be stopped when she turns 18 though. I wouldn't really worry about the current order though because from the looks of it you will be getting enough from the arrears for a while to support your child until they move out.

I think you have a slight obsession with remaining a part of your ex's life. Let it go! You had the chance to get 20,000 and you turned it down. I am guessing because you want to continue to harrass and have a reason to contact him after the child turns 18. You do realize that he does not have to have any contact with you don't you? You will get your amount of cs and backpay and may never get to hear from him again. You seem to be fixated on his wife. You need to take a step back and get something else to focus on. And THEIR business isn't and will never be your business. He is following the law currently and there is nothing else he has to do. Move on. For the sake of everyone involved.

Seriously, the red angry faces have to stop. The law doesn't care that he didn't pay then because that has been dealt with and he is currently paying. I just thinks it's funny that you are digging for money but make it clear that you consider your current husband to be the kids father. So your ex is just your meal ticket?

It sucks that he didn't pay. But grasping at straws to stay in his life is just making you look pathetic. Be a stronger person and move on.

You don't understand. He is trying to get his arrears forgiven.....

And you have been told how it will be handled. CS will stop at 18 and the full amount will be used towards arrears. End of story. You won't get the full 30,000 in one lump sum. If you wanted a lump you should have taken the 20,000 and called it good. Since that didn't happen you will get payments for years.
