One thing that people that are asking to take into account their ex's new spouses income is this:
I could NEVER afford to live AND pay my ex 500 a month in child suppot. If it was not for my wifes income we would be living on the street. So in a way the new spouse is in their own way having to pay for some type of child support even though their income is not taken into affect.
I cannot stand it when people ask if they can have their ex's spouses income taken into effect. Did the new spouse have the baby? NO! Why should they be financially responsable for it while it is in your care? They have no say on the amount of time their spouse has with the kids (this would effect the amount of CS paid to CP) so why should they have to pay money out of their own check for a child that is in NO WAY theirs? GRRRRR

STOP ASKING THIS FRREIKEN QUESTION!!! THE ANSWER IS NO AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE NO!
The CS payments on the arrears will continue until they are paid in full. The current order will be stopped when she turns 18 though. I wouldn't really worry about the current order though because from the looks of it you will be getting enough from the arrears for a while to support your child until they move out.
