what dreams may come...
i've thought about your question and now think about this one...
since an attorney is an officer of the court, and the bailiff is an officer of the court as is the court reporter, and so on... can you become a policeman anymore than you can become an officer of the court?
i'm sure it can be done, but if you are just getting started and it appears you are, you have years yet before you are eligible for any pardon or clemency that may allow you to become an attorney.
it's been nearly 20 years for me, and i know better than to try and enroll in law school. save yourself the humilation, like me, you broke the law no matter how long ago. live with your decisions and move on to something that is a little more attainable, like counseling, or general labor! it's clean, honest and won't put you thousands of dollars into debt which might encourage you to committ new crimes to pay for your debt.
take care, there is more to life than becoming an attorney.
