I asked OhioLaw to cite his legal authority for some astounding statement he made and he answered, "Attorney."

I also asked Rhubarb to cite his legal authority for the astounding statement of his that minors could not take title to real estate in Indiana (his home state). IF he is a lawyer (which I doubt) he certainly failed to take the real property course. I'm still waiting for HIS legal authority.

Okay, that's my two cents.

Do you think maybe they have something to do with Area 51?

Well Judge I believe that anything is possible at this point. I do try and give people the benefit of the doubt but.......What gives here??? I know I am not missing the big picture. If you are Truley Legal Councel Then Why not answer you Question. I too read the post that you had asked....Post your authority here. Intstead he would rather put people down and make a fun time for us all...LOL.

If you asked me what my Badge number was. I damn sure would post it here. Something like this BPSST#27766-UCSO #3215.. But wait...Thats no fun

I just love your "protectionist" statements. That way, if someone DOES disagree with you, or call you the "Boob" that you are, then you have an escape by saying, "See, I told you they immediately become hostile and start attacking."

We "attack" you because you don't know what you're talking about. Oh, you talk the "good talk", but when you stupidly answer California questions, you can't "walk the walk".

Get off the forums, you PIG.

Get off the forum so you can continue to provide inaccurate information to OPs? I don't think so. I'm really and truly sorry I've "outed" you in terms of your not being an attorney and not knowing what you're talking about on most issues, but people had a right to know that.

My response:

You didn't "out" me on anything, RhuIdiot.

Now, you went and did it. You responded without statutory or case law authority. I keep my promises.

Well Seniorjudge that's an interesting comment coming from someone who thinks an unrecorded deed doesn't transfer title and that an unrecorded mortgage is not a lien. Talk about Property 101. How could you possibly think that? Are you truly that uninformed about property law?

I am in-house counsel for a title company. In order to take title in Indiana you have to be an ADULT. That means someone who is not under 18. You do understand that don't you? There isn't a person at my title company who doesn't know that a minor in Indiana can't take title to property. The abstractors know, the closers know, the people who work in the title department know, heck the people who clean the place know that. How could you truly be that uninformed?

I've posted my information on here several times before. I was admitted to the Indiana bar in the Fall of 1987. I am in good standing. My bar number is 13737-49. Why don't you look it up and get back to me about how I'm not an attorney? Okay, now give me your bar information. I used to think you're an attorney but given the completely inaccurate information you've posted in the real estate section, I now have strong doubts.

So you're not an attorney? You will now admit to that?

Gee, is it too late for me to join the growing parade of forum members who recognize that Rhu-Turd is just that... a sophomoric high school dropout with 'lawyer envy'.

JETX, Sorry I left you off my list of people who give false advice on here. You're one of the worst offeners.

Okay, report me to the administrator. I'm claiming to be an attorney. I'll be booted off if I claim I am and in fact am not an attorney.

Now what is your bar number?

You clearly have not read, "How To Win Friends And Influence People." :D :D

You're right. I shouldn't say anything when people are pretending to be attorneys and giving false information.
