II also asked Rhubarb to cite his legal authority for the astounding statement of his that minors could not take title to real estate in Indiana (his home state). .

Check out IC 30-2-8.5 Chapter 8.5. Indiana Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. Minors cannot hold title to real estate in Indiana. It has to be placed in a trust, with an adult trustee, who holds the property on behalf of the minor until he or she becomes an adult.

This is a uniform law that most states have adopted. Wouldn't be suprrised if your home state of Missouri has the same law. But then again, you haven't demonstrated any knowledge of real estate law whatsoever so you probably aren't aware of it.
