You're right. I shouldn't say anything when people are pretending to be attorneys and giving false information.

Graduate: Cracker Jacks Law School
Admitted Fall of 1987
Good Standing - Of course, anything "breathing" coming out of Indiana would be considered "Good Standing".
Licensed in the State of Indiana - that's not really saying much, is it?
Bar No. 13737-49 - Phony. That's his girlfriend's penitentiary number.

Really? You need to call and tell them. They will then tell you to check the Roll of Attorneys.

II also asked Rhubarb to cite his legal authority for the astounding statement of his that minors could not take title to real estate in Indiana (his home state). .

Check out IC 30-2-8.5 Chapter 8.5. Indiana Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. Minors cannot hold title to real estate in Indiana. It has to be placed in a trust, with an adult trustee, who holds the property on behalf of the minor until he or she becomes an adult.

This is a uniform law that most states have adopted. Wouldn't be suprrised if your home state of Missouri has the same law. But then again, you haven't demonstrated any knowledge of real estate law whatsoever so you probably aren't aware of it.

" Roll Of Attorney's" What the hell...You mean they have to be called...They are so far behind that they are the only ones not providing info. via the info. super Highway???

What do you mean "boot me"? I told you I am an attorney. I gave you information to verify that. Go aheand and report me to the moderator. I'll be happy to provide her with my attorney identification information. In fact, I've already done that.

But if you want to look stupid, go ahead.

That's not a Roll of Attorneys? How stupid do I have to make you look before you give up?

Why don't you call this number and give them my bar number? 317-232-1930. That's the number for the Clerk of the Indiana Supreme Court.

Again, how stupid do I have to make you look?

My response:

What a dumb schmuck!

And, what are we supposed to do - - type in Rhubarb297?

What a dolt! Did you actually go to Crack Jack School of Law?

The "tabs" work fine. Monday morning call and ask the Clerk's Office. I've given you the phone number. Give them my bar number. Or are you afraid I'm going to show you to be wrong yet again?

And just why should I have to do that and you are telling me that since they don't have the IT capablities to build a verification feature that there will be someone sitting in the Indiana Supreme Court Clerk's office  on a Saturday night? Now who is STUPID?

BTW your citation was too little too late.

My response:

So, since you're giving us the "chance" to find out your real name, why don't you just give it to me in a response?
