Best interest is that my son can have his real dad in his life cus his mom just did wrong in not letting me see him and even tho she found someone he is not his dad i am

There is a man in this child's life who has provided for him emotionally as well as financially, who truly does deserve the title of "Dad".

And then there's you. You haven't given a flying ferret fart about the poor child's welfare for how many years now? And suddenly you're overcome with need because Mom happened to raise the possibility of a stepparent adoption?

To put it in terms more suited to your level of understanding: If all else is fair, you won't be able to take your forgotten toy off the shelf just because you feel like playing with it.
