You're REAL CUTE, fella, but I agree with LadynRed.... you're really not worth arguing with....:)

My response:

Don't you have your own thoughts, brainless one?

Ladynred knows, just like I do, that what I've said is the truth, and it's accurate.

Do you enjoy helping this deadbeat pay for her children? Well, that's what you're doing! She doesn't give a damn if she's a deadbeat. So, why should you?

I asked you a question, "Had a good steak lately, or lobster - - or are you still surviving on Hamburger Helper?"

Just what part of this didn't you understand? Don't expect me to spar with you further...I have more constructive things to do with my time.

Obviously

While you are so incredibly insightful into the lives of others based on one paragraph of information about them, I wanted to share a few obvious characteristics that you have revealed about yourself in your posts:

#1: You are a man; this puts you at an automatic disadvantage due to an intellectual handicap and lack of emotional depth.

#2: Money is your god; this is why you whine about others filing for bankruptcy like it is really hurting you and you are REALLY "paying" for their debts. Didn't you notice (idiot) that interest rates are at an all time low? This is also why you see children as an "expense" as opposed to the miracle that they are. You really believe that money is happiness don't you? Why then are you so miserable? I would rather have mac n cheese with good company full of laughter than to eat lobster while wearing a stuffy yet expensive suit and probably dine alone. (or with some individual who really doesn't care about you anyway, just your money.) I am with the others on that you really aren't worth arguing with but I couldn't resist saying what is obvious about your pathetic personality.

#3 You are an idiot (please reference paragraphs above)

I am excited about my "fresh start" and plan to be very successful financially in this lifetime, do I place that hand in hand with my happiness? NEVER!

;)

BRAVO!! Couldn't have said it better myself! Don't take this jerk seriously or personally. I read some of his other posts and he treats everyone the same way. He's really not worth the time it takes to post about him. He doesn't know the true meaning of the term 'deadbeat'. I believe he posts only to feed his own ego. I could go on and on but I choose not to. I have better things to do. Hope he didn't choke on his steak last night...My maccaroni and cheese was VERY good!!.:D

You're on the right track. Keep your chin up and pay attention only to the advice of caring people here. There are a lot of them and I have found it refreshing.

IAAL, you maybe weathly, but before getting all down and dirty on us small guys, why not attack Safeway aka Harvest Foods, or KMart and all the other large companies who do this all the time? Flipping burgers wouldn't pay for daycare & probably throw her into a higher tax bracket. Where our Nations leaders could once again choose to increase their retirements based on those tax revenues while we work ourselves into the grave.
Were you a self made weathly person or did you inheirtant this wealth?
A lot of us who do file bankruptcy never planned on it, thought long & hard about it & I for one wouldn't have except for months of paying what I could to whom I could when my lying cheating self serving EX decided to take the easy way out & file. That & the way the creditors treated me & talked down to me all the while I was trying to pay them. Don't get me wrong, it was our debt & we owed it, (THE MAGIC WORD BEING OUR & WE) but, it got to the point of being whipped, spit upon & made to feel less than human during an already painful time that I finally said, ENOUGH!
Get off your high horse & quit judging those less fortunate than yourself. I'm sure you have your own dark closet of secrets that you would rather not be aired in public.

Poor Guy

Its refreshing and a relief that there are people out there who see things as they really are! Thanks for the reply's and don't worry I won't take his unjustified remarks personally, truly I feel pity for him, there is so much more to life than he apparently can fathom. The fact is I have considered all of my options and bankruptcy is what I have decided on. I may have more questions before it is done so you may hear from me yet, but even though I would love to get the last word in... I am done with this thread, I've got papers to finish!

Thanks to the smart individuals out there, you know who you are (No, not you IAAL)

Cheers,
Lawyerless:)

This is IAMALWAYSLIABLE's story...Mommy and daddy paid him through school and took care of everything. He's never been laid off or had a disease where insurance totally screws you even though you have been paying years on it without use. He's never been taught that there are more important things that money. You ever flipped burgers before? How long do you think it takes someone to erase a 25k+ debt doing that? I bet you will get your chance when you dont make you quota one of these days and your old and washed up. I will happily accept a cart from you at wal-mart when you get your greeters job because social security screwed you and your too old to have a real job.

Wow!

From I AM ALWAYS LIABLE.....

My response:

And, what part of my post do you disagree with?

Do you like paying higher costs? You see, I'm wealthy, so it really doesn't bother me too much at all. However, it's you po' folks that should be up-in-arms about this!

Had a good steak lately, or lobster - - or are you still surviving on Hamburger Helper?

I was so disturbed by "I Am Always Liable" multiple responses, I had to respond myself.

1. Last time I checked it was the "wealthy" screwing over the "po' folks."

2. LadyNRed offers outstanding information that could be very useful to people. Thank you to her.

3. I have to go now. I have a "preschool age" child who is waking up. Oh, by the way, I am a stay-at-home mom. And I have just one last thing to say about that to IAAL......It makes no sense for some of these "po' folks" to go to work making, what, $15,000 a year when that $15,000 will get eaten up in child care costs, transportation costs, clothing costs, cost to each of the parents when one has to stay home from work with a sick child.,etc. Not to mention, children are much better off at home during the early years. Ask any pediatrician.

You're wasting your 'breath' Sandg303. He only listens to himself and ignores or just insults "po' folks'. You also need to be careful what you say to him as your account can be disabled by the site owner as mine was a couple of days ago...

Gee, that was exactly my point when I said that costs go up , and you'll be the one's saddled with the higher costs. It's because of deadbeats, like our original writer, that "It makes no sense for some of these "po' folks" to go to work making, what, $15,000 a year when that $15,000 will get eaten up in child care costs, transportation costs, clothing costs, cost to each of the parents when one has to stay home from work with a sick child.,etc."

Thanks for making my point.

Yes, everybody . . . encourage her to keep having babies she can't afford, and to stay at home, and to let her put her bills on your doorstep to pay. Why should she care?

Yes, that's right. When she stays home voluntarily, and says "to hell with my debts", what she's really saying is, "I don't give a damn if you have to pay more for goods, services and higher interest rates - - it's not my problem, it's yours."

Does anybody actually believe that those big, bad, companies "take the hit"? Not on your life. What she's doing is helping to increase your costs of living, like rent, food, utilities, etc.

But, that's okay. You keep encouraging her to be a deadbeat. You'll pay her bills.

Would it be better for us to encourage her to put her child in the hands of a stranger to raise? To shrug off her responsibilty? To take the chance of having her child abused at the hands of a child care provider?

My response:

No. It would be "better" if poor people didn't have children they can't afford in the first place!

That way, the child doesn't have to be "in the hands of a stranger to raise", and then she wouldn't have any "responsibility to shrug", or "to take the chance of having her child abused at the hands of a child care provider."

Bottom line?

I don't want to financially care for this woman's child, all because her body can make a child. Children need planning. Parents make the "plan" - - and that includes the financial responsibility.

Don't pawn the financial costs of YOUR children off on me BECAUSE YOU'RE POOR, and can't pay your own damn bills. Having a child, and then filing Bankruptcy, is an abuse of the system; i.e., an "abuse" of all of us.
