YES toodumb, I do agree with the rest of them. My husbands has full custody of his 2 children, and yes his ex ran around on him, but he did not get custody of them because of that, his lawyer told him that it did not matter if she slept with a hundred men. He got custody because he proved he could provide for them better amd take better care of them.

What none of you people understand is my point that my brother WOULD be able to provide for the child and be a better caregiver. I am arguing that the adultery would be CONSIDERED in this because it questions her judgments and morals. AND YES, that will at least be LOOKED AT in court. You act like it won't even be considered AT ALL. If it broke a family apart, it WILL be considered. WATCH AND SEE. It's happened before and it can happen again.
