Recently a Memo was posted by a plant manager banning smokeless tobacco
from the plant property. Yet, smokers are allowed to use their vehicles
and a smoking break room is provided for breaks and lunch for them.
Should tobacco in all forms be banned? Is this discrimination against
people who use smokeless tobacco?
Are there any discrimination law's against this policy? Can a
discrimination complaint be filed?
Could a referral be provided on what direction to proceed?
