My ex got laid off from his job two years ago. The first thing he did when he got his 401K money, was to cut me a check for ALL child support until our child is 18 years old.

And he's a psychotic a**.

There's never a good excuse to not support the kids.

I can understand how IAAL and others gets angry with the posters who come to the forums acting like they are the victims, when in fact, they haven't done a thing to send the CS like their suppose to do. My ex was the same way...always made excuses, lied, always a sob story.

But I have to say...IAAL was right when he said, " there's a child out there. It's YOUR child. What have you done TODAY to send the money you owe? Did you know that your child needs FOOD? Did you know that your child needs CLOTHING"?

Those were the judges exact words to my ex when HE had the nerve to take me to court to modify his CS payments, until HE got back on his feet. The judge told him to go flip hamburgers, or clean toilet bowls...and threw his a$$ out of the court room (and never allowed the modification of CS). The judge also threatened my ex that if he ever came back to court....he'd increase the CS lol. I never saw a judge that angry.

You know, DChristian, I never would have bet on it, but this "sorry excuse for a woman" - - this drug addict, this boozer - - is actually worse than another writer who comes to these boards. And, you know who I'm referring to, don't you?

If it's who I think it is.....I have to disagree with you IAAL, that other poster is worse lol.

My response:

Well, I was referring to someone who's very "near and dear" to DChristian's heart. Someone whom I believed was the "ultimate" skank, until this poster came along.

Right, DChristian? You know who I'm talking about, don't you?

Hmmmmmmmm...well now I'm a bit confused. I know of only one person that is "near and dear" to DC's heart, and think of this person as the "Ultimate Skank of all skanks lol. DC...is it who I think it is? lol

Took your advise, however harsh, but right just the same. got two jobs and took out a loan to pay all back child support through the courts. X recieved check and allowed me to see our son. Also paid tuition for private school for one year out of loan to pay for some future child support agreed to by X and stated as so on noterized papers throgh a lawyer.

My response:

Let's see . . .

You first posted on August 19, 2003, and between then and now, August 25, 2003, you got two jobs, got a loan, paid your arrearages, and paid for tuition. Congratulations!

In the same time span, my wife and I had a baby boy! Four days ago, he graduated from High School, and now we're headed up to my Alma Mater, Stanford College! After we're done signing him up, he's going to marry his sweetheart tomorrow, and the following day, move into his new house! Then, in about 3 days when he graduates from Stanford, he'll be joining me in my lawfirm, working on our "scientific intellectual property" case.

We have one interesting case involving a guy named "Einstein" and the theft of his ideas concerning light speed, and the time/space continuum.

Pretty heady stuff for a kid that just turned 23, don't you think.

And it seems like only 5 days ago, he was just a baby.

My response:

I thought that you, or someone, might get a kick out of that!

If this chick, Tiptoes, can "move" that fast, and get so much accomplished in 5 days, damn - - I want her working for me.

The way she moves, she'll go through all of my client files, and have each one settled, in about 3 days!

The "White Tornado" has got NOTHING on Tiptoes!

Indeed I did, IAAL. Graduating Stanford that fast is not a bad deal, actually. Just think how much you and Mrs. Liable would save
in tuition costs and long distance phone calls!

My response:

Tiptoes, if you really did all this in the last 5 days, then I don't care how you accomplished it. The fact is, if it's all true, you took the bull by the horns and you did something that is getting you back in the right direction.

In all seriousness, I applaud you, and wish you well.

You did good, kiddo!

I appreciateyour applause and I know that I will continue to do well. I have filled out aps to go to Southern Miss and have not heard back. I hope to get in and finish my nursing degree however long it takes. My X is also proud of me and says he will help me see my son more by meeting me halfway for visitations that are scheduled by CO. Even if he doesn't, thats fine with me I can make the trip
