Floods to the south, snow to the north. Think I'll stay right where I am.

I don't know. The Piney Woods has some serious problems unique to the area.

Such as,
The devastating infestation of the Southern Pine Beetle.
The constant threat of NASA shuttle debris raining down upon you.
Having to explain to other people where you live, or where you are from, and then having to spell out and slowly pronounce "Nacogdoches", and insisting that it is no where near Jasper.

Ok, so what you are saying is: Sun. is your Mon., Mon. is your Tues., Tues. is your Wed. (hump day), Wed. is your Thurs., Thurs. is your Fri., Fri. is your Sat. & Sat. is your Sun. (However, I don't think you can legally change the days of the week like that.)

YEP! I work Sun-Thurs. So, I'm off tomorrow. And, since I was expecting to see my momma next week, but can't, since she decided to break her shoulder, I'll work Sun and Mon, then I'm off Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat!!! YAY! You probably won't hear much from me next week-which will probably be a GOOD thing, since I've been so grouchy lately.

You missed the East Texas Twang, which is a dialect all in itself. There is a scarcity of consonants and an overabundance of vowels. We moved here from San Antonio the first of the year and my biggest fear is tawkin like 'em.

Thurs. 10-19 11:45pm cst Congratulations to the St. Louis Cardinals for beating the Mets & becoming National League Champs -- on to Detroit & the World Series. My brother & I can't wait to go to the World Series games in St. Louis next week.
