What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin. Ex called and left Nasty message at My dads house yesterday saying if he or I show up at next hearing (Judicial communcation) she will do everything to not let Grandpah see child and to have me arrested....She also went onto say that he needs to start sending her money so she can move out of her parents house!!!!! Is this worth mentioning to anybody.

Since there is a Domestic farce order in can I be arrested at hearing in wisconsin if I go in person. Do I need to contact the authorities that I plan on being there and shooting nasty glares her way in hopes that she runs off into the street without looking like a stupid cat?
Can I take pictures of mom in courthouse hallway so I have something for the private investigator i am hiring in sheboygan wisconsin? Word is she is hooked up again with another man and that is where the strife with her parents is coming from.

He is NOT party to ANYTHING at all and quite frankly I might argue that he is intentionally trying to INTIMIDATE Mom by turning up. And you know that's not going to look good for you, right?

Spinny, try this. Before you do or say or write ANYTHING ask yourself "how will this course of action help my daughter?" Forget about mom and making her "pay" because she will NEVER have to suffer as much as you WANT her to, and that's not going to help your child anyway. Think ONLY about what is best for that little girl.

Oh, and your ex will NEVER have to be nice to your dad. Ever.

also.....so at hearing judges say "yada yada yada, we as wisconsin are not giving up jurisdiction to florida," will they entertain a temporary custody visitation order at that point, or will it be another 2 months.....

I love it that shes asking for money!!!!!lmfao thats why she left me i had no money....rather not enough for her, and she wouldnt move to 2 bedroom apartment that my income allowed.

also if i gotta do assessments will she have to do the same assesments.....what about financial afidavits? does it matter what she made leading up to her leaving or just what she made since she left....lots of questions

Im gonna get a lawyer once im there cause i have judicare and she cant get it for this because i had it long before i knew her....judicare will provide me with a lawyer when i live in wisconsin the first judge mentioned her getting that and she said she tried but i was a conflict of interest......man im good!!!!!

im all about headaches for people! i know how to make things difficult..you see how ready i am to move once this final hearing is set......im gonna make everyone jump thru every hoop i can.....and spend their hard earned money while I sit back and make peanuts doing menial work, and living lightly.....muwahaha

Spinner, the best thing in the world that could happen to you is that the Court orders an evaluation and has you comply with the recommendations. I truly hope you get help. If not for you for your daughter.

Your posts on this thread alone are seething with control issues and obsession. Bottom line in today's posts is that you believe the ex has moved on and you can't deal with that because like a little kid, even negative attention from her is attention. And you are not getting any attention and are not in her thoughts really.

You need to let go of your ex. If not for you, for your daughter. Then make your life so you can have a healthy relationship with your daughter. The ex has moved on. Get over it and move on.
