OP....those of us who chimed into this joke are mothers...lol.

Personally, I don't have a problem with sticking strictly to court orders when you are in the middle of a custody battle. I don't think that kind of gatekeeping is necessarily the right thing to do under normal circumstances....but in the middle of a custody battle, its understandable and maybe even wise. You certainly can't get into trouble for sticking to the orders.

Also folks....lets remember that dad is already getting extra time for his birthday...not a lot...but extra.

I love the fact that my daughter's father wants to actually start giving a damn about her, but he still has to learn how to take care of a child.

This is the part that makes no sense to me. I can understand that you don't want to appear to the court that you're giving away time with your daughter. But they're going to prefer that she was in a parent's care rather than daycare, so denying his ability to pick the child up a couple hours early could bite you in the ass later.

Also, if he's so incapable of caring for her that he can't pick her up two hours early (or so), WHY does he have her for entire weekends?

EXTRA? What, is his visitation like getting a 'large medium charge'? Is visitation a privilige? There is no such thing as extra L, frankly, if they could swing it (as in, lived close to one another, they should go 50 50. Don't take it personal L but the term extra is relative only to supersizing your meal, not with raising kids.
