Let me rephrase. How many offer internet access for someone who is near death and dying? Because if she was THAT BAD -- as bad as she says she was -- she would have been heavily monitored.

Hello all. I understand where most of you are questioning my credibility here. I was released earlier than expected. I did go pick up my daughter as agreed - although it took me an extra hour to pick her up from what he agreed on. He said to pick her up at the house where they live, then his son decides to take our daughter to his work, while i waited at the house for a half hour waiting, knocking on doors, and trying to call ex's cell phone to no avail, when he decides to pick up the phone, he tells me daughter is with him at work, so i drive up to his work to get her, while i am getting 20 questions asked by him in front of daughter, I stated this was not the time to discuss these issues.

For the person that asked - Yes the Forthwith Custody papers were stamped by the courts on Tuesday. No motion for a hearing was put on the papers and have not recieved papers for a court date as of yet either. Also - the ex didn't do the correct papers for forthwith custody, he did a blank motion and filled it out. This is what he put on it: "The parenting order for (daughter's name) be changed to refexed her current living situation. She now live with (Father's name) and attends school there. The resons for the change was the mother (my name) was commited to (name of hospital) for her BP and wanting to kill herself. This is at least the 4th time in (daughters name) 7 yr that has had to have that done. Along with her failure to keep a stable home.

The above is NOT true - I have only been in the hospital 2x - and both were because of medication issues, the one prior to this one was nearly 5 years ago.

I have retained an attorney at this point as of late yesterday.

Thank you for your advice in the past - and i apologize to those that think I am nothing but drama. I am just trying to do what is best for my daughter, and trying to deal with my ex is a real pain in the *** when I DO try to coparent - but it has to work both ways.

Hmm, I must be psychic. Maybe I should start picking lottery numbers.

Sorry OP, your credibility is still smashed here, at least with me. I've known enough people who have been at the brink of death as you have claimed to be to smell the BS on your story from a mile away. It just has too many holes in it.

An update for anyone who cares to know:

We went before the magistrate yesterday, and I was ordered to take our daughter and pick her up from her new school after school let up and take her home. She went back to her old school today - it was a rough day, really reserved and spoke with the councelor 2x today.

It was also ordred that I have supervised time with our daughter due to my medication issues for the next 2 months. I can not be alone with my daughter for the next 2 months, and my mother was appointed as the supervision person to adhere to this condition, otherwise my daughter would not have come home with me yesterday.

The judge gave me a tounge lashing like no other though, and stated IF SHE EVER found out that I was off my meds again, i would have my daughter taken away for good.

Just wanted those who cared to know what happened. Thanks.

So has your mother moved in w/you?

Was Dad's visitation changed at all?

Is there a required follow-up court appearance after 8 weeks, or does everything revert to the previous order?

Dad's visitation was not changed as of yet. I have tried to talk to him to arrange something with him but have received nothing but silence.

Yes, I am living with my mother for now, until further notice.

Yes, the judge gave me primary custody w/ my mother's supervision.

I won't be going off my meds again, and the judge gave me resources in case i ever get into trouble again going with out them, assistance when things get bad again. I can't and won't risk the thought of losing my daughter entirely. The judge was very upset with me, as she should have been, i was at myself and am going to try and patch things up with her dad if that's even possible, she needs us both, not one over the other.

You went off your meds, I thought it was an allergic reaction to your meds? once again hard to believe your story here. If you were non adherent with your meds and it was BP related, you do deserve more than a tongue lashing and dont deserve to parent. Uncontrolled BP leads to stroke, I know I take meds myself. Most of these meds are generic and Walmart offers them a 90 day supply for $10. Shame on you, I think you like to generate sympathy and will whatever you need to in order to receive it.

profum - I didn't go off my meds this very last time i was in the hospital. I wasn't on them prior to this time, and this time i had a bad reaction to the meds they put me on. I just recently in the last few mo nths go back on them from being off of them prior to this. Just wanted to clarify. Thanks

I suggest that anyone who thinks that Pearl's story is full of bull and drama do like I do and simply refuse to help/respond any longer. Those who believe her and newbies can continue to respond. There's absolutely no use in calling out all the bull in the posts, because there's always another story to go on top of the story.

Just let it/her be.

Just to clarify - BP as used in this thread/wrt Pearl = Bipolar, not Blood Pressure.
