question

Ok I was in court today and guess what one of the first question was? They asked the grandmother how many vehicles does she own and of course se said 2, but 1 was a junk car that didn't run, and the other one is a jeep that didn't run and was still making payments.
So when I was asked how many vehicles I own of course I said 2 and they both run and I own both.
SO HA!! vehicles did play a part.

Tony I'm not sure if I believe that at all. How were you even heard in court? Has you paternity been established? What was said about you having sex with a 13 year old girl? What is the CPS plan? Do you now have an attorney?

whats it called..........

Whats it called when a mother tells her daughter to shoot her while handing a gun over to her and she refuses to take the gun? Is it cruelty and endangerment?

Custody

I'm not sure why you have to file for custody. This is your child - if mom agrees, child can live with you regardless.

Think of it the other way around. Who said the baby had to live mom? The court didn't say that, did they?

no, but where would I go to file custody and do I have to have my name on the birth certificate?

To file for custody, you need to be the legal father. How many times does this need to be repeated?

child support

If my GF doesnt want to recieve child support from me, then do I still have to? I still buy our baby stuff, but the point is she doesn't want my money, and so I was wondering would I still have to?

Since this thread is extremely repetitive in nature, what is your formal education background?

So...you don't want to take the extra 10 or 15 minutes to go back through this thread for answers that you have ALREADY been given. If you don't want to help yourself with the information you've been given, then why should we try to help you further?

No your right but everones advise is diff. and some say its ok to do tis, and another one will say no dont do that he doesnt know what he's talking about and so on. But as i did search back and I do have another question as well.If the court never said my baby has tolive there, then does that mean I can just take her right now and she can come live with me?

*******NO! PLEASE go back and re-read ellencee's posts to you. Below are a couple VERY relevant exerpts from 2 of ellencee's posts. ellencee's advice (along with that of many others) was DEAD ON. You MUST establish paternity THROUGH THE COURTS in order to take your child, and due to the fact that you have committed statutory rape, you WILL need a lawyer. GET ONE.

ellencee said:
I researched the general statutes for Idaho and found that the Idaho statutes do not give this father the right to go in and take his child or to exercise visitation without the grandmother's approval unless the court has given this father visitation rights.

Automatic rights to custody are granted only to parents of legitimate children, not to children born out of wedlock.

A minor who is pregnant, or has given birth, remains under the custody of her parents and remains in the home of her parents where her parents have 'control' over both their child and their grandchild.

In order for a father of a child born out of wedlock to have any visitation rights, he must petition the court to establish his rights as a father, starting with petitioning to have himself declared as the father.

ellencee said:
--in the opinion of the courts, the legal system, you ARE NOT the baby's father. Therefore, in the opinion of the court and the legal system, you HAVE NO RIGHT to even see the baby.

--Until the court 'rules' that you are the father, you have NO RIGHT to the baby.
