Head straight down to the police station tomorrow and report that text from Dad. Do NOT respond, not with an attorney's number, nothing. YOU do not want that RO being overturned because you communicated with him.

I didn't get an TRO against Dad. Judge said I could go back and ask for one after I filed in family court to suspend visitation. I am STRONGLY considering doing that, because basically I'm tired of the crap. At least then he might be actually punished for all these texts.

Wife and Grandpa haven't been served. They said it would likely be tomorrow morning.

Seriously, go right to that police chief with dad's text...that's a flat out admission.

Otherwise, COMPLETELY ignore them...visitation has been suspended...you do not have to respond at all.

I would go back tomorrow and see if you could get dad included on the TRO also then.

In my argument with the judge - dad is obviously please on wifey's actions. Would seem that **I** would be afraid of dad's reaction once the ROs are served.

If the judge can get this straight and get a permanent RO on wifey, THAT should slow down dad's insanity. WHEN did you get served with custody papers? Otherwise, how long after the child support orders, etc?

Ok. I will do that. Sorry if I am being dumb here. When I make the next report, do I report it to MY local police? Or to Dad's local police? (the ones who originally took the report?)

I never initiated child support. Dad had me served April 1st. Son was born in August, we went to a private Dr upon Dads request in late September to do a DNA test. We got the results, dad disappeared. I heard from him only one time and it was the night before his wedding. He just told me it was my last chance to... Um... Sleep with him before he would be a married man.

Well, I was at my moms house when I got the first text, and my house for the 2nd.

Visitation was suspended in Dads county, and the TROs were issued in My county. I hope I didn't screw up and file wrong
