Can't say that I'm 22 years old, but I can give ANY 22 yr. old a run for their money in a bikini 'cause I've had to gain weight and keep it on to be as skinny as I am. As for the "come-hither" look in the eyes, that would all depend on what you look like in a speedo! :D
Now, Blondie, That's a low blow :eek:
We all know Breeze has his reasons for wanting to wash up on a nude beach and why he's reluctant re swimwear!

That is NOT funny :(
I was six and living at the Methodist Children's Home in Little Rock when I got in a rush to go swimming and pulled my trunks up without thinking.

Imagine a young boy's embarassment lying on the bed and being cut out of his swim trunks with a hacksaw.....and I couldn't swim for two weeks. :( :(

So if we are NOT jobless pricks, then the next reality television show will be (drum roll please) Pricks With Jobs?!

Rmet, I think I will start calling you 'spinmeister'.... since you never seem to ANSWER a question and constantly try to 'spin' it into some other issue.

Case in point:
1) The original issue asked by the OP is:
"On September 5th of 2004 my parents gave him a two month notice to get out. Well it is now over four months later and he is still here and still being the prick that he is. He is under the belief that he can move out when ever he feels like it. Is there any legal action I or my family can take to speed up things?"

Another of "BPB's" what-if questions (you simply must stop diverting these posts!!), wandered off into the issue of 'elder abuse'. You made the FACTUAL statement (not that it could be, or might be, but) "Actualy it is elder abuse and a violation of W&I codes."

So, lets cut to the chase:
1) How EXACTLY how is evicting a senior citizen automatically elder abuse??
2) How EXACTLY does a person somehow 'automatically or by default become a legal 'caretaker'??
3) What in this entire thread gives you a valid, factual basis to determine that this is a case of elder abuse??

You know what they say about "dishing it out". :D

I just checked the weather in Belize. It's only 77 degrees. Aruba and Bonaire are warmer and better bikini weather. It won't be warm enough for bikinis here at least until next week. And yes, I'm cold!!

BB is off the hook -- except for the "come-hither" look of what he would look like in a speedo. I'm having visions of a razorback in a thong. :eek: :eek:

Taking advantage of an opportunity to provide an unsolicited definition of;

"Our Court System"

JETX proffers this argument;

Then, by taking liberties not given me, rmet4nzkx's argument contemplates this;

1) How EXACTLY how is evicting a senior citizen NOT automatically elder abuse??
2) How EXACTLY does a person somehow 'automatically or by default become a legal 'caretaker' or not??
3) What in this entire thread gives you a valid, factual basis to determine that this is a case of elder abuse or not??

quid pro quo

Thus far, there is no factual basis. Out of concern, my original point was to further scrutinize the situation. And then we all began some entertainment. Actually, I am truly surprised over the chaos. :o

In total agreement here.

I only offered in my own obscure fashion, my support for your earlier observation....

Yikes!! Since I started all this rukus, which is rather a good rukus, it is my opinion that all the facts truly are not known.
Which was as correct then as it is now. :D
