Clevelanders made the news by calling 911 and taking ambulances to the hospital over things like a cut finger. Turns out, they did not own cars and the ambulance ride was free to them, whereas a taxi going the same direction cost money. Did I mention they would leave the hospital to continue on to their original destination.

THAT is offensive.

Actually YOU are offensive. Get your God on Dear.:(

Hi all,

To answer a couple questions I saw:

Yes the seller took the pavers/bricks and yes I have a before and after picture.

I am trying to do everything in my power to escalate this. I'm hoping it will be resolved amicably.

Yesterday and today I have had some landscapers come to calculate how much it would cost to return the area to its original state. Once I get those numbers I'll share them with the realtor and we'll see what happens. And, of course, I'll let you all know what the cost would be since I'm sure you're all dieing to know:)

Well, at that cost, I would change my opinion about it being cheaper/easier to simply handle it on your own. Yes, small claims may be the way to go.

I bet this will not be heard in Magistrate's court. Just saying. OP please get back to us when you do decide to sue and let us know how it all goes.

Will do.

Once I receive the rest of the estimates and start to see a baseline cost I'll update.

Hopefully it does not come to having to sue and a resolution can be reached amicably.

Thanks for the tips and the laughs everyone.
