You are WRONG, legally speaking. This is a LEGAL ADVICE SITE. You got your legally accurate answers. Don't let the door hit you in the behind on the way out!

No ones arguing that I have no legal recourse. But according to 3 different people, he verbally expressed he wanted me to have the car. Therefore, he wanted me to have the car. That must be a hard one to put together ;)

It doesn't matter if I get it or not. Those were his feelings. I'm sorry that's such a hard concept for you to grasp.

Then why would I want cheerleaders? You said it, not me. You think I came here for moral support. No one comes to legal advice forum for moral support.

If you came here for LEGAL info, you came to the right place and got the right answers.

Anything after that is simply whining. We aren't here to listen to whining. Therefore, all business is concluded.

Realmike15,

You said, "The only thing I argued was what my grandfathers actual wishes were."

It doesn't matter what your grandfathers last wishes were (about the car). Period, end of story, nada **************. Forget this. Grandfather could have "wished" you to have everything he owned and it wouldn't matter. His "wishes" don't count.

If these people (beneficiaries) want to reduce their share of the proceeds so you can get "your" car, then there is a method to follow.

Last time I'll say it, since some of you seem to be mindless drones.

1. I have no legal recourse, in no way do I dispute that. This has been said many times by me throughout the thread.

2. My grandfather told 3 people he wanted me to have the car. That was his wish. For whatever reason, it is not in the will. You cannot deny that, and none of you know my family to be able to make such claims.

If you disagree with either of those two statements. I suggest you seek help immediately.

I didn't whine about anything. I started being accused of things, that had nothing to do with the legality of the issue. Why don't you read the thread.

Curb1 for the 100th time. I AM NOT DISAGREEING THAT I HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE.

Am I getting through yet?

That is a big "so what". What kind of advice are you seeking? Are you thinking about stealing the car, or what.

Lunch period is over, get back to class.

Okay, then what do you want from here?

I didn't whine about anything. I started being accused of things, that had nothing to do with the legality of the issue. Why don't you read the thread.

Some posters here accused me of everything from:

Lying about the facts... to insisting that if it wasn't in the will it wasn't his wish... to saying that I should stop causing my family so much stress.

I asked for legal advice, never once argued with it, and in return got accused of things that have nothing to do with the legality of the issue. It's all here in the thread.
