IMO, he wants a cookie. And for someone to agree with him that Life Ain't Fair.

You're a moron. I was accused of lying and causing my family stress. At no point did I bring any of this up in my post. It was insinuated by idiots like you, and has nothing to do with legal advice.

Some posters here accused me of everything from:

Lying about the facts... to insisting that if it wasn't in the will it wasn't his wish... to saying that I should stop causing my family so much stress.

I asked for legal advice, never once argued with it, and in return got accused of things that have nothing to do with the legality of the issue. It's all here in the thread.

Here, have a cookie.

Realmike15,

You said, " My grandfather told 3 people he wanted me to have the car. That was his wish."

That is a big "so what". What kind of advice are you seeking? Are you thinking about stealing the car, or what.

Lunch period is over, get back to class.

I'm not seeking anything. You accused me of being dishonest, and causing my family unnecessary stress. I defended myself. There's only one person who needs to go back to school. You have the attitude of a teenager.

He wants somebody to say that he's right. He wants somebody to stand next to him and say "YEAH, Realmike15's right!"

In short...he wants cheerleaders ;)

Yep, I came to legal advice forums for cheerleaders. I think we already covered how helpful that is to someone looking for legal advice. By the way, it's unnecessary to have your signature say "I am not an attorney"... LOL we can tell just by talking to you.

Are you two kids done? Or would you like to make some more accusations about my motives and then immediately follow that up by telling me I'm looking for cheerleaders...
Your logic is literally flawless.

As was said not 5 minutes ago... if all the sisters agreed to honor his verbal wish of giving me the car. There would be no legal backlash for doing so.
but they aren't so it means nothing. Case closed, you don't get the car. It really is that simple.

No one is arguing with that. I've made that clear at least 20 times now. I'm not going to keep repeating myself. The reason I kept responding to this thread is mentioned by me, at least 3 times on this page alone. Never had a problem like this before on any forum, and I'm a member of forums much larger than this. Though it's not surprising that when I Googled this website, there are some pretty nasty things being said about this forum and some of it's members.
