One thing people need to remember, NUDISM has nothing to do with SEX!! We as a species are born naked, and throughout most of human history clothing was on an as needed basis only. The naked human body of it's self is not sexual. What is sexual is the phobias and tabboos we as a people attach to it.

Although it is against the law (both federal and state) in this country to discriminate on the basis of sex, women can be (and are) fined and/or jailed for simply doing what men are allowed to do.... going topless (and/or breast feeding) in public.

What you need to know... is this thread is a year old. So why are you resurrecting an old thread?

But out of pure curiosity Mo, what ever happened?

Was it long?..NO
Is he trying to hit on you?..Not that I know of.
Were your kids there? Thankgoodness, no.
Is he good looking? Not really.
Tell your husband. Don't have one.

From your past posts, I am still not able to determine if you are male or female.

I would say that in any state, public nudity is illegal, especially in a residential neighborhood where others might be offended by this act. I am sure that if the police were called, they would have gone over there and issued a citation and he would have been given a time and date to appear before a judge for this offense. There is a "penal" code for this offense, and the added offense of lewd behavior could have been added if he had fondled himself along the way.

It appears you had a good enough look at his private show, so it was no accident and would be no different than what a "flasher" does. If he is capable of this, what else is he capable of? :p

I called the police. They tried calling him, but no one answered. They're going to try again in the morning. The woman who answered was trying not to laugh. She said, "Well, he was wearing underwear, right?". When I told her NO, she put me on hold and said that they would call me RIGHT back, just as soon as they spoke to him. I'll let you know Friday what happened.

Thanks, everyone. I know I should have called in the first place. I've been looking for a condo to move to.

anyways...what ever happened?:D

heck I am curious as well. I live in rural LA, and I have a neighbor who likes to come out on his porch nude while his dog is doing his business in the yard.

The first time I saw him I was carrying in groceries, and thought I saw wrong.

the second time I saw him me and my kids were in our fenced yard. We promptly went inside.

The third time, my husband was home, and he went to talk to the man. The guy wasnt aware that we could see his goods from our yard. he is a nudist, and really thinks nothing of doing things naked. But he does now keep his outdoor nudity, restricted to after dark.
