I was reading some of the posts from raddad, I see how you feel now bug. I am truly sorry for what you have been through. I will never do that to my daughter. Did you all ever get that resolved? Has rad been able to see his kids? I don't really know her side of it, but from what I have read, I feel so bad for you guys. Is there any contact at all with the boys? Letters, anything? I understood that if the CP tried to keep the kids from the NCP, they would lose custody for sure. What is going on with this? Good Luck

That's just what I have heard over and over again. My lawyer told me also that if I moved, or tried to keep visitation away, I would be the one that would lose custody. I guess every judge, lawyer, and city is different. I hope raddad gets to see his kids. He had to drive so far, it would be horrible if she didn't show up with them. Why doesn't butter get into trouble for denying visitation if it was ordered? Why does it have to be supervised? I guess I need to read more.

Went to the visitation and...

NO SHOW.

Yup, that's right. Butter did not show up. Don't know what her reason was this time, we were there at 5:45pm. The lady at the visitation place called her moms and left a message, than she called her dad's house and was able to talk to Butter's step mom. I guess the step mom claimed that Butter knew nothing of the visit..that everything goes through her, the step mother. Well Rad and I know that Butter knew of the visit because he set it up with the attys.

So...I guess we will call our atty tomorrow and let her know that Butter didn't show again...Even after the psych eval...Kinda figured she'd find another reason...but we hoped that she would obide by the court order at least once...

And yes, Purple...you're right. It's a long drive. Long and expensive...we took the money that I was going to use to go see my kids to go to this visitation...Now I'm not seeing my kids this weekend, but that was worth it on the chance that he might get to see his...I get to see mine twice a month (thanks Butter, now 2 sets of kids miss out on seeing their parents... ) It's in the same town as she lives in, so there's no reason she can't show up. Rad is paying for the visits (which we had to pay for anyway, even though she didn't show, plus gas for a 340 mile round trip)

Thanks everyone for the prayers and support. I wish we had better news. Rad is still optimistic about court on MARCH 11th. We are both hoping that the judge sees through all these refusals to obide by the court order on her part. I was really hoping that she was starting to have a heart...oh well. We have ALL tried.

Purple, thank you for reading a little about what we have been through. I'm sorry that I was harsh towards you. I've just had a real hard time dealing with watching Rad go through this all the time. So I'm sorry.

Well I tried. Again!

I really thought she might start to realize enough is enough. Over and over she denies our sons of childhood memories with their father.

I humble myself and apologize for anything I can think of to apise her enough to allow me to see our sons. I have gone beyond humbling to down right begging. PLEASE LET ME SEE MY SONS!

WHY NOT A PHONE CALL?!

I loved my sons and was closer to them than her. I named them. I went to every doctor visit before they were born. How many kids grow up with fathers hiding or running away from them. Still these kids want to find these fathers. Our sons have a DADDY who loves them and wants to protect them, guide them, educate them, and comfort them when they're sad.

DONT YOU GET IT? I am NOT like Ros*li** X! I will NOT go quietly into the night. I will NOT vanish. I will spend every dime I earn, until our sons and I, are reunited. Whatever it takes!!!

This next hearing will tell the tell.... NO attorney Day. NO Judge O'Neal. NO one to hide behind, ACCOUNTABILITY!
I think it's time for a change of CUSTODY.
On the grounds, I AM THE PARENT MOST WILLING TO (SHARE) THE CHILDREN!

I'm so sorry. I think we all knew she wouldn't show up, but she was given the benefit of the doubt. We all "hoped" she would...

You know, I think that perhaps you guys should print out all these threads that butterfree posts on and have your attorney present them to the courts. She knew there was a court date, look at her posts on here. She posted on a thread that everyone was talking about the visit. She knew about the visit, her attorney knew about the visit, the visitation center knew about the visit.... once again she has blatently denied the judges court order. How many times are they going to let her get away with this? You even have witnesses here on this board, people you've never met, that knows she knew about it, yet once again just decided that "she" knows the laws better than a judge. I'd have all of this..... every thread she's ever posted on.... attempted to be offered into evidence as proof of her total disregard to the law and the judges authority. It's like she's just laughing in the judges face when she does this. And from my understanding, judges don't really like to be scoffed at...

Rad, I am fairly new to this "advice forum", but i have read all of your posts and Butter's posts and Bug's post. Unfortunately, my kids bio-dads don't want anything to do with him, but I have someone in my life willing to pick up the roll. Butter should be thankful that you are the kind of father that every mother wants for their children. Next time you talk to Butter, ask her if she knows what a "Godsmack" is... One day she's going to have to answer for all the hurt she has caused. I wish you and Bug the best of luck and will keep reading...
