This is not fair, because I HAVE ALWAYS PAID MY CHILD SUPPORT!! Her attorney told mine that she would have "let sleeping dogs lie", but now she up for a fight and is sick of it. I HAVE RIGHTS! Doesn't matter if she likes it or not.

LEGALLY!!! She cannot argue the fact that I left her when she was pregnant, and didn't want to see her son. She brought up in court that I referred to him as the piece of sh** that she gave birth too. I said that 9-1/2 years ago. She CAN'T PROVE THAT. (by the way, I don't think I said that, and if I did, it was only to get her to go away because she kept trying to get me to see him then.) I was really abrasive with her back then. She was just a kid herself and she annoyed me with her immaturaity. She was 18 I was much older (lets just say). Point is, I have rights, and if I submit to all of their requests, I WILL see my son! You guys can be mean to me all you want, but its the truth.

My only concern with the drug test is that I USE TO smoke pot. (which she knew) Not for a couple of years though. They are not asking for a urine sample, they are asking for hair. I've had 3 DUI's in 12 years. Does this matter? They can't pull up my juvy record can they? I had two DUI's then.

I DON'T want her knowing where I live! That is that.

Are you guys sure that administrative is different from what they are doing in regards to child support?

Why would a Judge care if I have a girlfriend with kids...that's not my fault.

Can you guys please give some honest advice. I've noticed that you guys are rude with almost anyone who posts a question...not just me

Drug testing is not an invasion, hell they wanted to drug and alcohol test me because my exhusband wanted to see his daughter, I laughed and told them sure. They can test you for anything they want. I hope they terminate your rights and let his real father adopt him.

So what do you think the judge is going to think when he finds out that you had sex with a "child" (you admitted yourself that she was very immature and a kid herself) and walked out when she got pregnant? Pedophilia comes to mind in a very strong way......... You need to be more concerened about your own past gross behavior with drugs, drunk driving, sex with a barely adult girl etc than focussing on her smoking a ciggie and having a drink(for all you know that might have been the first she's had since raising her kid the last 9 years).
