just as a mom and not as an attorney, I think you should pursue the evaluation to get as much information as you can about your child. Now, I might say also as a mom, but also thinking legally that the results shouldn't be used in court, but should be used to help guide your decision-making about your child. It is just unfortunate that a child can't get simple things done because their parents are, you know, not together, not getting along (not a criticism, I'm there too).
