Ummm

However I guess weeknights suite him better when he's out cheating on his wife
What in the hell does this have to do with visitation?? You bitter, angry people (ex's) really need to keep emotions OUT of your posts.

What HE is doing with his current spouse or whoever IS NONE OF YOUR FREAKING BUSINESS!

oh stop already, Belize

Now, when is it going to be time to grow up and fact the fact that the minute you spread your legs for this guy

Hey Virgin Queen...must you say this every single time someone challenges you? How old are you again? 15, 16...maybe even 14? Because that's exactly the maturity of the comment. Grow up.

While obtaining all of this information I finally decided to do the sensible thing and contact an attorney other than my own. This is what I found out. No my son will not be spending the night at his father's house because here in AZ they have guidelines. Because my son is 1 yr guidelines state that regular visits in three to six hour increments be established to help the child bond, not overnight with someone who has not been in the day to day rearing of the child. In addition, the attorney did say that if the father filed for child support and visitation then at that time child support will be calculated. No two weeks in the summer because the longest a child can be away from the mother or primary caregiver (ME) is three days, and that is if the child is conditition to spending the night away. So my head was never in my ass and I had the right of mind not to let a newborn, now toddler stay away from his bed and home. Mothers do know best. The only thing I may not have ground on is the irrational wife. I can submit my evidence as grounds to not have my child around her but it may not do any good. The only thing this forum has helped me do is compile more questions for my attorney.

Of course, what your lawyer thinks about the situation and what a judge actually RULES may be two very different things.

not true

Mothers do know best.

Umm, NO they don't!!! If that were the case, you wouldn't be posting constantly in regards to this topic. Stop with the sexist comments and get a freaking clue. Stop being so controlling.

Ok, "Flo". Nice dated reference. Glad to see you moved up from waitressing to an alleged legal profession. I don't care what you think, either. It's nice getting a razz out of people like you.

And what did the attorney tell you about retroactive child support or did you forget to mention that???:D

Yes! I get it! Regarding visitation if you go to this website http://www.supreme.state.az.us/dr/Text/ModelPTPlans.htm#Plans
It has visitation parenting plans. Plan (A) Plan (B) & Plan (C). All plans that include overnights presume that the parent with access not only has care giving experience but that the child is sufficiently attached and accustomed to being in the care of that parent for long periods. Clearly my son's father does not fit into that category because there is no bond and my son is not accustom to being with his father because his father only choose to see him while he was sleeping. And I never stopped him from taking him to the park, to play, or anything else. I don't sit in my house all day & night I play and interact with my son. We go to the park, to the lake, and play ball. He just chose not to.
Oh yea did I mention I get RETROACTIVE SUPPORT! That's for you Belizebreeze! So much for having my head in my ass.

So, you either lied in this post or your original. Good to know

Wow - that's an advanced 1yo.
Don't get carried away. I didn't say he was breaking tackles, shooting 3 pointers or kicking goals. I said we "play" ball. Which means he has toys! His favorites just happen to be the several balls he has. So when we "play" ball, He likes to throw the ball, pick it up and he likes to run. Can he catch? NO not yet. But after we read books about shapes, colors, numbers and letters we play. Educational & Physical development starts at birth! And for a 1yr old he's doing very extremely well.

LIE? I just found this information out. What do I need to lie for? What would be the advantage of lying? Clearly none! I just wanted to let you know I get retroactive support. Because the attorney said so, because my son's father filed for support & visitation in August. Did I mention I get retroactive support?

Now, go bother someone else. You obviously know more about the law than I do. That's why you're in this situation and I'm not.

I don't have to "go bother someone else". I can post just like "YOU"! If you are bothered go somewhere else.
