It is very apparent that you are still hurt and have a lot of anger twords your childs father but take a deep breath and pick up the phone and call an attorney if you don't already have one. If you are lucky wife will not want your child at her house overnight (it happens) and after you start receiving the correct amount of child support do all you can to ensure that dad and child have a good relationship.....you don't want it to look like you are trying to hinder a relationship in some states that is a change of custody issue. If you are concerned about wife. Express your concern not hatred twords wife in court. If you call her names and such the judge will feel that you are acting out of hurt as apposed to actual concern for your childs welfare. If he is showing up at all to see his child consider yourself lucky some people never know their other parent and your child deserves his love as well as yours. Good Luck

P.S Don't let the negative people get you down you are hurting it is obvious the pain often disguises itself as hatred and it will pass in time!! Those without sin may cast the first stone and in my lifetime I have not met one individual that has that right!! Keep your head up and Breathe deep it will pass
Thank you! I appreciate you not taking sides, calling names or passing judgement. You have offered some sound advice. It takes a strong person to be rational and look at a situation for the situation and not allow their personal feelings to interfere. Thank you once again for bringing to light the real reason I posted my scenario. Thank you! :)

What is up with your spelling? violance violant ?

Unlike you, I have a full time job...and before you go there...Yes I am sitting at my computer at work typing this. You see I'm a professional Computer technician for Dell and get paid $65K per year, (unlike you)...When the calls get slow, I surf and yes (get paid for it) unlike you... so spelling isn't important to me when responding to you, because when my phone rings, it's back to work (unlike you) and there's not time to make this response perfect (unlike you)

By the way, you didn't respond to my question...Do you have a job...oh, no response, I guess that is my answer!!!!

Computer Tech? HMMM! Probably one of those that didn't go to school. I don't care what you are. If you are a professional then carry yourself as one. Spelling does count. If you come across as ignorant than you will be perceived as ignorant. When you mispell or incorrectly speak that discredits who you are. So once again it does matter! I am a professional. I am an Assitant Principal (Athletic Director) at a highschool making $72K (unlike you)!

YEAH RIGHT!!!! If you are making that much, why are you hard up for the $$ from the father???....because your full of sh!t.

Good luck in your quest to putting the screws to you baby's father...I'm sure you all deserve each other...Too bad the child will get lost in the system, he didn't pick his parents, it's just a shame!!!! Oh, and stay away from California, we have enough bimbo's here of our own.

" If you come across as ignorant than..."

I believe the correct term is THEN. I guess you just "discredited" yourself.

Well now, I'm impressed.

Not only do you have a Master's Degree, you have attained the 60+ hours of continuing education and risen to a level 16 required by the Arizona Department of Education to reach such a pay scale in your position.

And all of that at your age and with spending so much time going to the park with Junior and 'playing ball'.

IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I'm sorry but I work also at a children's hospital and have seen many, too many, abused children and this is ... I can't even find the word for the kind of people you are. I am praying for you now. You definitely need it more than this mother. It doesn't matter who spells correctly, what type of job you have or if you work at all. We don't care how much you make. Its not about money or spelling, we are discussing a child's welfare. Hello, go back to your money and your jobs and bother someone else. You have no idea what it is like to send your child where harm could reach him. A fathers relationship is very important when it is the best interest of the child. Sometimes this is NOT the case.

To the mother...gather all the information you have and take it with you. Find an attorney you are confortable with and that will fight for your son's rights and WELFARE. I am praying that your child always feels loved, wanted and cherished by all that come into contact with him/her. Spelling, job, money you earn is nothing compared to having your child healthy and happy. These people are cruel and have no idea what your going through and I seriously doubt they work either. They sound like a disgruntled man that just got a child support raise rather than a caring mother. God, I would hate to have them as a mom. They say Ok he hurt the other kid but did they hurt yours. No. Not yet. I guess they think you should send your child and hope for the best. NOT me as I am a caring mother who only wants the best for her child and it sounds to me your are the same. Continue on and take care of yourself and your child.

OK I'm ready for your nasty remarks...you working "rich" people that can or can't spell and that have no feeling for a mother concerned about her child. Children come before any parent whether it be the mother or father. Oh, I need to take care of a patient (a child) but thank God this is not an abuse case. If only you knew.

I never mentioned I was hard up for the money. I'm not hard up for the money. I feel as a parent he should pay what my son deserves! If he wants to act like a father he can't pick and choose when or how. He needs to be a father all the way around and I'm not accepting things on his terms. That's just it. If I choose to save the money for my child or spend it on him that is my choice. But his father should be just as responsible to making a way financially for our son. PERIOD!

THANK YOU!!! You saved me from doing it....If she makes $72K a year, why is she looking through the phone book, getting FREE lawyer advice....??? Why does she care about the father paying for anything...You would think she would want the father to just go away and never come back, so she can raise "her" baby as she sees fit with no one to tell her what to do.

Oh and missy (soosad), I hate women who say "my" baby, "my" son...it takes too to tangle...Get over the "my" son crap.....

too sad's quote:
1. My son's father had to call CPS
2. My son's father, who is married
3. My son is 1yr
4. my son's father has taken
5. my son's father that he can
6. my son's father had a physical
7. my son would be safe
8. my son & his father.
9. My son's father makes $6,600
10. Will my son's father be

21 times of this crap. No wonder, he never left his wife. you are the biggest LOSER in a trailer park I've read her so far.

Uh, I don't give a crap what you do with your legs, but you should use your mind for a sec. 72K/yr = 6k/mo. And Dad makes 6600/mo? Hmmm, I'm thinking on how much child support your gonna end up with......
