So I dont have to let her go thanks you guys! The grandparents can spend it with their other grandchild...thank you

YOU NEVER ANSWERED IF DAD WAS GOING TO GO. Ld has answered several times. But you have not answered that.

You don't have to let her go but a judge COULD ding you and hold it against you.

And OG, it has nothing to do with you being an attorney. I know you're going to behave in a prejudicial manner in all things Disney. :p

Hey just because I JUST returned from the Disney store at the mall with a huge bag of stuff and spend a while on their website and then contacted a travel agent about my fourth trip to Disney since 2004 does NOT mean I am prejudicial about Disney. Not. At. .... okay yeah it probably does. :p:cool::rolleyes:

But the point -- and the only point -- is that the JUDGE COULD DING HER FOR NOT ALLOWING THE CHILD TO GO. COULD. She has not answered -- at least not that I have seen -- whether dad is going or not> LD has answered but last I knew she was NOT S4E. The JUDGE COULD DING HER. That is a fact. It COULD happen. She COULD be crucified by the court depending. Especially with her comment that I have highlighted several times. That is the point.

And though I hate to admit it, even though S4E has been given the benefit of the doubt several times in this thread...her final response said so, so much.

Unfortunately. Maybe I'm reading too much into it.

She also said in her very first post:

They are going to Florida on Sunday and are taken my husband other child with them to Disney World, they ask if my daughter can go...I personally dont want her to go, she only 16 months and never been away from my husband and I.... she never been gone from us!

That certainly doesn't sound like dad is going.

Did you read this before posting?

Yep...did you read the rest?

What is it more likely that she meant?

They are taking my husband's other child.....

Or, they are taking my husband and his other child?

Particularly when you combine it with:

"I personally dont want her to go, she only 16 months and never been away from my husband and I.... she never been gone from us!"
