I guess I will say I am one of those rare cases. I have been able to collect both, LTD and WC but not without an offset. You definately need to find out what your policy reads. Any Thoughts
Doesn't WC realize the longer a person sits with the damage that is already done especially when they are required surgery such as spinal injuries that include damage to nerves that can be created can only cause more damage to a person's body.
