Was the shed included in the sales contract as going with the land?Greeneyes84 said:Now that we are in escrow buyer needed to sign off on shed during his inspection he had not been in shed. Now since the buyer won't have the shed he wants 2,000. for a new shed.![]()

But because they never went in it or was it list on description of property for sell, put it wasz added as a condition to see inside before signing it off after home inspection.
