MY expertise? It isn't legal. I do have some layperson experience thanks to a nasty situation. My area of expertise is syntax and linguistics. As in, I can generally spot digital signatures quickly.

who am i then? here's my case number FC20004-012842 it is out of the az superior court. public record. please insure that you read all the information. you gave me advice and i looked up information. i am not looking for an attorney. i asked if you were one. you said that you are not. it doesn't give you the right to judge me and profess to know who you think i am. you don't know my background or my situation. so please kindly stop being rude to me. i have a right to question where your experience comes from just as you have a right to question whether or not my legal advice request is genuine. i can assure you that it is.

No one that has posted to your thread is an attorney, nor have any of these members ever proclaimed to be one. If you require direction from an attorney, you should hire one. Icy.

i have had
to deal with stuff like this. i have educated myself. i am not an idiot. my original thread was how to read my order and understand it because the other party (the dad) reads it much differently. if this wasn't the case and my order is crystal clear than why am i not permitted to speak to my daughte when i have an order that states otherwise. i have read through my parenting time /custody agreement numerous times. i have had attorneys read through. i have asked the family court judge for clarification. i have asked a court assigned parenting coordinator. numerous officers across various jurisdictions have read the same order and even they are scratching their heads not agreeing as to what the order actual reads. i may not be in the legal field but i do have common sense to know that my order contains flaws because dad has found them and is not following them. i have petitioned for contempt, enforcement...etc. i look up the ARS all the time. i search the internet and mostly what i find is forums like these with people like you giving advice professing that they have experience. my experience in these sorts of things aren't less important than yours. anyone who has to go through muck with the other parent...i feel for him/her. the bottom line is i cannot afford attorney. so my other option is to seek advice. but it seems tempers flare and rudeness insues if i question the expertise.

first, you are referring to me as someone else. you are telling me that i am to trust you ... that you know. i have been called an idiot. not specifically by you. but i have been through enough crap to know that my opinion is to be respected. you don't have to like it, but you do need to respect it. you keep saying to hire an attorney. i had one when all this crap originally came about in court. she didn't seem to think there were any problems with what was agreed upon and court ordered. all parties agreed. here i am one year and two months later and dad won't comply. he has a pro bono high powered attorney. dad did not meet the child until she was nearly 5 years of age. he has an extensive criminal background, drug/alcohol abuse. in and out of jail numerous times. faced a 15 year prison sentence for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. he is passive-aggressive. is covert abusive. has left our daughter unattended around his pool which has no fence because scottsdale says door alarms or fence...not both. locked our daughter in a car unattended as punishment for a temper tantrum ( we live in arizona!), crawled on top of her and held her down while kissing her on the lips. walks around the house in various stages of unaddress. i have had 3 cps reports on him of which only one was initiated by me due to him saying she had to sleep with him because there was a bear in the house. so please, you and the others, stop being so rude and mean.
okay. what does it stand for?
