Oh what, and your inability to debate without resorting to name calling is indicitive of your education?

"A 15 month old does not know what his mother is doing. She is just mommy and Dad is just daddy. Any male "friends" the mother may have are just new faces to the 15 month old. A 15 month old has no concept of the "friend" being mom's lover."

Here's one of gobonas99's quotes. Oh, let's see, it's okay if mommy screws the trashy lover in front of her 15 month old child cause let's see.....he thinks the guy's just a "friend!!!"

WHERE, pray tell, do I say that it is okay for the mother to have sex IN FRONT of the child? Hmmm...don't see anything of the sort, do you? That is because I NEVER said that. What I DID say was that a 15 month old does not know that the guy mom is spending time is screwing her (most likely while the baby is sleeping in a different room or with the father).

You also stated that "The ONLY thing in this whole situation that's hurting the child is his mom breaking up his happy home." Well guess what. It was NOT a happy home. It is OBVIOUS that your brother was NOT giving his wife the support she needed, emotionally and/or physically - even if he thought he was! If she had been happy, she would not have left him!

Another post of yours: "I am a very happily married woman who treats their husband like he deserves to be treated. I put my selfishness aside and think about HIS happiness. "

What about YOUR happiness? Wanting to be happy is NOT selfish! Far from it! YOUR happiness is just as important as your husband's! You're probably one of those "the wife must obey her husband" types. The thing is, you are probably NOT happy. You're probably miserable. Otherwise, you would not be such a mean, bitter woman.

If you'd go back and read, you'd see where I said that she came back for ONE night and then left the next day and said "it just wasn't gonna work."

Sounds like your brother is the one with the problem. I knew a man who kept letting his 'psycho ex' back into his life and then would get angry and hurt when she kept acting like the mentally disturbed person she was.

The courts will not take the child away from your sister-in-law based solely on her infidelity or her lack of committment to your brother. And if he continues to let her back in his bed he will have a harder time convincing anyone that she's unfit. Tell him to file the papers and get it done already.

CONGRATULATIONS GOBONAS!!!! YOU HAVE JUST WON THE MORON OF THE MONTH AWARD!!! You stupid idiot....do you really think EVERY affair is justified just because the wife was "unhappy??" When a husband sells his new truck to drive a piece of sh** truck so he can go ahead and build his wife the house she's always wanted, that makes it okay for his wife to be a whore?? When a husband sends his wife flowers on Valentine's Day with a message of "To the most beautiful woman in the world," only to find out that she's calling her lover from her cell phone with the roses right beside her in the seat?? Do you think this gives her a right to f*** her life and everyone else's life up? When a husband makes reservations at a very nice restaurant, but the wife cancels them because she just doesn't want to go??? You think these actions show that he wasn't physically OR emotionally supportive of her??? If you think that, you, my friend, need to be drug out into the street and shot.

It's obvious you are a ***** and have NO CLUE of what a real marriage or relationship should be like. And honey, let me go ahead and tell you, I am MORE THAN HAPPY with my marriage. It's fools like you that make horrible things in this country, such as adultery, "okay" and "legal" and "fair." If you had any morals or common decency at all, you would understand what a marriage should be and you would understand that A WOMAN HAS NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER FOR F'ING AROUND ON HER HUSBAND AND TRYING TO BLAME IT ALL ON HIM. If he's such a horrible husband, why in the hell was he willing to have her back after finding out she was f'ing another man??? He wanted to get their family back and give his child a happy home, that's why. And that makes him an unsupportive husband??? I don't think so. I think you are a complete moron for your views. That's what I think.

That makes twice you have either suggested someone should go out and commit murder or flat out told someone they should be murdered. Your ass needs to be banned from here and you need to seek counseling immediately. Something is terribly wrong with you.

Do you also think she can go into court and say he needs to j*ck *ff every night so that means he is unfit and she would win or they would even consider it. You are so uneducated about the law it is laughable. It amounts to the same thing. He may or may not win but her having an affair is not going to make a difference. Being able to provide the best for the child is what is going to count so he needs to focus on that instead of irrelevant issues. This is what we have said all along and you can't get past it. This must be her only fault for you to focus on it instead what will matter.

What's sad is that you people think the wife's affair is justified by saying the husband just wasn't good enough and wasn't fulfilling her needs emotionally or physically. That's sad. It's sad when the innocent victims are the ones who get screwed over. And it's even sadder when people like you support that.

I realize it's not the ONLY thing to be considered, but it is SOMETHING that will be considered. Like I said, you don't know all the facts, so that means you don't know how the courts will see it.

People, men and women scr*w around everyday for any number of reasons. It is found that the majority of women cheat for emotional reasons, not because they are a nympho. We WERE trying to help with the info you gave. The title of this is "is it enough" we answered "NO" it is not enough. You don't like the answer so you argue and belittle which makes you just look smaller.

I am glad you have yourself deceived into thinking you have a good marriage. It's obviously still new. You don't understand the real world and you won't until have some real life experiences which is coming. Soon by the way you act. You keep trying to say that your brother (your probably not prjudice huh?) is the best for the child and the only evidence you give is she may have had sex with someone else. It's not enough, for the 100th time, it is not enough. You keep saying there is more but if there really was then why haven't you said it? Why do you keep coming back to that like it is the breaking news. It's not, big deal find something else.
