I COMPLETELY understand where the judge was coming from, ensuring I didn't bully or strong arm my ex into anything he didn't legitimately agree to. However, this is where my hesitation came from in retaining a lawyer for representation this time, because I didn't want to seem like I was trying to bully him into anything by retaining a lawyer knowing he wouldn't be.
