Also, since you were on hear just last week or so trying to figure out if your new schedule was 35% or 40% you, its more than a little bit silly for you to now try to describe your schedule as 40-45%.

Last week we determined it was 40% if i absorb ALL my weekends into my summer parenting time and 45% if i absorb NONE of them....That's why i say 40-45%, because it will end up being about half and half. Most of the time i check into places on Saturday nights, and check out on Saturdays, so i'll be using half of my weekends and half of moms

That is an absolutely absurd statement.

So, just to clarify, I will have to do all of the driving? There is a Wal-Mart that is almost exactly halfway between the two of us, and I was hoping that it would be possible to have us meet there for the drop-off / pick-up.

No she was bashing the statement i made about mom getting tired of driving and basically giving you custody through Status Quo....Obviously that was an extreme cases...

Most settlements end up with both parents being equally responsible for transportation....Unless, one specifically moves away after an order is settled...but you don't really have to worry about that yet.

And that will last exactly one summer, until mom takes you back to court to get you ordered to take your week vacations utilizing your own weekends...or gets it ordered that she gets the same amount of vacation and gets to use YOUR weekends for it.

To the OP, have you even found out yet if the baby is actually yours? If this girl was willing to have a one night stand with you, with no birth control either, who's to say how many other men she's been with around the same time? The new boyfriend could very well have been in the picture before she had sex with you. I would wait for the paternity test results before doing anything else.
