     Wheels for my car

     If the picture you got prior to purchasing the tires clearly showed them being cut, why did you buy them? If you did file a claim with him in small claims court, the pictures could be used to show you were aware of the cuts before the purchase.

     File a non-paying bidder report with eBay, request a refund of your Final Value fees. The only lost money would be your listing fee on eBay. Your best option would be just to relist the auction.       When you said Downtown I assumed Detroit. You got busted by the Warren Traffic Citation Machine-- generates more tax dollars than GM does for the city (not quite).       I am not an attorney, but if you fight it, I wouldn't tell the judge you stopped three feet after the sign. Because technically that is in violation of the state motor vehicle code, and you just admitted guilt. Was this in Detroit? City Cop or MSP? (Not that it matters just curious)

      How did you not do it intentionally? Unless something accidentally slipped into a bag you were carrying (which is the oldest story in the book) it has to be intentional. So if can not obey and respect the laws of the United States why should you be allowed to stay here?
