you go after the driver of the car and the owner of the car (if a different person). consult with a personal injury attorney. the insurance company's denial of the claim doesn't sound right.- stephenk

How about execution at the scene of the accident? Once the officer determines there is no insurance, BOOM!, 9mm to the head. Makes an example for all of the other people who stop to witness the accident.- stephenk

how long after the accident did the panic attack happen? do the hospital records note the panic attack being related to the accident or you mentioning the accident causing the attack? If yes, then submit the hospital bills as additional damages. if no, then the carrier may not relate the attack...- stephenk

get ready for the bad news. once you make the claim with the other carrier, the accident will be reported to the DMV. The DMV will suspend your license for 6 months due to your lack of insurance. you will then need to provide proof of insurance before you can reinstate your license.- stephenk

since you were only slightly injured, you aren't going to get much. you can ask for whatever you want, but the carrier will probably top out at about $2000 plus your medical bills. what other losses did you suffer beyond your medical bills?- stephenk
