is w/c insurance the same You might want to call your insurance company and ask them if it is different since they will be the ones paying if anything happens.Hopefully they can help you.By the way good question,best to be informed before something happens. :)- pikkie

kensin If w/c is saying this is an old injury does the military not pay you benefits for it?You can call your social security office there and ask them if you are able to get SSI since they have cut your income and medical and you are not able to work at this time.It might be a good idea also...- pikkie

I can only tell you of my case,we went to the judge got everything signed.The w/c lawyer gave my attorney the check that day,just had to wait for it to clear from my attorney took 7 days.But all my medical was paid by w/c until everything was signed by the judge.So it might be a good idea for...- pikkie
