Why not let the baby have the dad's last name? Is the baby a boy or girl? If it's a boy I think it is the best thing to do to let the child carry on his dad's last name. My step son has his moms last name and I think thats b u l l s h i t . Me and my hubby have a daughter together and before me...
Sign a statement stating that you are relinquishing your rights and keys to that apt and the unit #, if the half sister wont accept that, then get ahold of the property manager and let that person know that she wont let you. They should be able to do this...:p ;) :)
What is the name of your state? Washington
I'm the resident manager for my apatrments and I cannot get ahold of my property manager, so I thought I would ask the question here. I have a tenant who signed a lease with his girlfriend, they split up and she moved away, he got a temp. restaining...
Heres afew suggestions that I hope help you. You could take her to court with out a lawyer and file for a modification of the current parenting plan, in the plan state that there are no specific dates for the 6 month here and 6 months there, and also let it be known that the bio mom is denying...
I agree with Janey, what they did was WRONG!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: If you cannot afford a lawyer, then I would call the courts and ask them if they have a self help desk, with facilitators, I truely wish you the best and hope everything works out for you....Good Luck:p ;) :) :p :cool:
I know that with some of the child support offices ,they are willing to work with you on the amount of back support, before my hubby got joint phsical custody, he was paying support and also back support, and it was $100 a month just in back support, so I called the office of child support and...
If he is not her bio dad then how do both of you have custody? If you have custody of the child then it dont matter if you leave state, but the bio dad needs to be notified of this move in advance or you could be held in contempt of court.:) :cool:
:D
From what I read in your post is states you have custody, so you should'nt be worried about going on your vacation, also it states that the bio father pays childsupport. I see it as you do have custody... I hope this helps!!:D :p :D :)
:) From what I understand you say there is a court order. If there is one then you have the right to pick up the child, bring the parenting plan with you. If the child is with the pther parent, then it should be obvious that it is your time. Do you think the other parent will denie you your time? :p
Would you go for the phsical joint with him, he'd probebly go for it, we do one year here and one year over with bio mom, actually today is my step sons last day, his mom will be here shortly. My step son love its also... just a thought.:D:
Me and mu hubby also have joint custody, I'm the step mom, and it sure makes me mad when other step moms may us step moms look bad, there are good step moms out there. I hope things work out, and I would keep trying to speak with your ex only...
Good Luck!!!
He can do anything he wants, it does not mean he will get it, but have you considered joint custody? My hubby and I have it and the mom lives out of state, and it works out great, my opinion is that joint custody (physical) is the best!!!
I would keep your daughter with you till 8pm on Wednesday, even if she is sleeping, that way you dont loose any time with her, its really immature of your ex not to let you have her 1 hour earlier on Wednesday since she's tired by 7pm, thats just plain MEANof HER!!!
:D::D::D:
CONGRAGULATIONS!!!!!! I am so happy for you. It's nice to hear that a judge actually saw the lies from the bio mom. Good Job!!!
Fathers usally don't get custody, so I'm very excited for you...:D::D::D::D:
Your new name is very cool:D: so are things going any better? I ask cause your old name was frustratedwife and now its different, I like it. Very good name!!!:D:
